NKF Primary Care Summit 2020

The NKF Primary Care Summit 2020 will address the unique needs of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the primary care setting. This summit will educate primary care providers with the knowledge needed to improve diagnosis and referral strategies for patients with CKD, so that optimal care and treatment plans can be delivered in order to best preserve the patient’s kidney health.
