Educational Program for Renal Pharmacists and Nephrology Nurses
The purpose of this activity is to provide a foundation for renal pharmacists and nephrology nurses to be specially trained to provide care chronic kidney disease patients with comorbidities. The overall goal is to foster patient engagement, increase patient safety, and improve health outcomes.

The National Kidney Foundation is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
This activity was planned in accordance with AANP CE Standards and Policies.
Method of Participation:
Learners will review the materials on accreditation information, target audience, learning objectives, and disclosure information; participate in the entire self-study consisting of slides, general content, and case studies; complete the pre-test; and complete the post-test (minimum score of 70% required) and evaluation to successfully earn credit.
